Travis Scott worked with Hiroshi Fujiwara to design this Jordan 1 Low Travis Scott x Fragment sneaker, and it bears the hallmarks of both creative talents. The base of the upper is made of smooth white leather which is contrasted by black overlays in the forefoot and eyestay. Flashes of Royal Blue bring additional colour to the mix, showing up across the lower heel overlay and throughout the shoe’s inner. Bold black Nike Air branding appears on the soft insole, while the collar lining is made of breathable mesh which adds to the ventilation already provided by the perforations in the toe box.

Underfoot, the sole unit combines a Royal Blue outsole with embossed Nike branding in the centre and a retro-looking midsole with a creamy toned surface. A line of black text has been typed out on the medial side of the midsole between the stitching that runs around its top edge and where it meets the upper. Alongside a code of numbers and letters, the names of the two designers, Travis and Hiroshi, can be seen. The creamy off-white hue of the midsole is repeated on the laces and tongue, as well as the reverse swoosh on the shoe’s lateral flank. This feature is common on Scott’s Jordan sneakers and contrasts with the more traditional black swoosh on the medial sidewall.

Royal Blue Nike Air text has been sewn into the white tongue label, the underside of which has a set of Jordan Wings. This recognisable sign of the Jordan models also appears on the black leather heel panel of the right foot, where it is embroidered in white thread. Meanwhile, the left heel displays the Cactus Jack cross logo. Fragment Design is represented on a black tag attached to the lateral side of the tongue, and the brand’s lightning bolt logo has been printed in black on the heel of the right shoe. Finally, Scott’s smiley face logo adorns the left heel to complete the look.
