Nike Air Force 1 '07

These Nike Air Force 1 ‘07 sneakers were released to coincide with Valentine’s Day, and thus exhibit red and rosy pink tones to celebrate the romantic holiday. A pleasantly delicate tone of pink known as Atmosphere starts things off on the outsole, covering everything from the circular grip formations to the lugs and star shapes around its edges. On top of this, a white midsole completes the durable cupsole construction of the sneaker. This elegant hue continues into the premium leather of the upper, making up both the forefoot and heel overlays, as well as the toe box, midfoot and eyestay.

Laid over these sections are further colourful details related to the Valentine’s Day theme. The swooshes that adorn the flanks are Atmosphere pink and feature embossed squares with the words “Love Nike” set into them. The tongue and insole alike are made from breathable mesh, though the former is white and the latter Atmosphere. On its gracefully pink surface, bright University Red branding stands out. In fact, all of the Nike Air text on the design comes in this vibrant shade of red, including that sewn into the tongue patch and the shiny lettering debossed into the white heel panel. Rounding out the shoe is a unique lace lock made up of pink cubes etched with University Red letters that spell out “Love Nike”, thus signing off with a message of love one final time.
