Nike Air Force 1 Shadow

The combination of plush materials and warm colours gives these Nike Air Force 1 Shadows a cosy look. Subtle variations in tone exist across both the durable cupsole and the upper, with off-white hues of Sand Drift, Pearl White and Shimmer alternating throughout. The outsole features a beige tone along its centre portion, which also contains deep circular grooves for excellent traction. Around its rim, the colour shifts slightly to a soft pink before changing again on the raised midsole, whose surface matches that of the outsole.

Several elements of this design have been duplicated, giving it added depth. The first is apparent around the heel, where a strip of textured rubber with Nike Air lettering replicates the midsole beneath it. Further layering occurs in the forefoot, which has two mudguards wrapping around each other to form a border for the toe box. The top layer is made of suede in a ruddy tone, while the lower part is made of off-white cracked leather. Meanwhile, the toe box is perforated with small holes that have been arranged in a grid pattern and mirrored from the left shoe to the right. More rose-coloured suede shows up on the primary eyestay and the rear overlay, and the secondary tongue patch is of the same hue. Nike Air branding has been sewn into this, as it has on the primary tongue patch, which exhibits Mars Stone branding. This rich shade of red adds to the warmth of the sneaker, covering the Nike Air text on the off-white insole, as well as the suede swooshes and the secondary heel panel.

At the back of the shoe, the primary heel panel features off-white textured leather, just like the lower forefoot mudguard, and has been embroidered with Nike text. The padded inner lining brings extra comfort around the foot before one last material provides even more softness. This effect is achieved through the midfoot panels, the collar and the tongue, whose off-white faux fur lends the sneaker a final luxurious touch.
